I'm Joe Pattison, Director and Mortgage & Protection Adviser.

I’ve been working in property and financial services since 2016, starting in estate agency and now as a mortgage and protection adviser. This experience gives me a real understanding of the house-buying journey from start to finish.

I’m passionate about helping my clients feel confident and informed every step of the way, whether they’re buying their first home, remortgaging, or arranging protection to safeguard their future. I provide advice tailored to each client’s individual needs – keeping it jargon-free and as stress free as possible.

When I’m not helping people with their mortgages, you’ll find me spending time with friends and family, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, keeping fit at the gym, or enjoying a run outdoors.
