I'm Joe Pattison, Director and Mortgage & Protection Adviser.

I’ve been working in property and financial services since 2016, starting in estate agency and now as a mortgage and protection adviser. This experience gives me a real understanding of the house-buying journey from start to finish.

I’m passionate about helping my clients feel confident and informed every step of the way, whether they’re buying their first home, remortgaging, or arranging protection to safeguard their future. I provide advice tailored to each client’s individual needs – keeping it jargon-free and as stress free as possible.

When I’m not helping people with their mortgages, you’ll find me spending time with friends and family, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, keeping fit at the gym, or enjoying a run outdoors.

I'm Luke Jackson, Managing Director and a passionate entrepreneur in the UK property sector.

At 26, I've built a career rooted in ambition and community. I founded House Of Jackson Properties LTD and lead Charles Barnard Estate Agents, which now operates across Burnham-on-Sea, Bridgwater, Bath, and Wedmore.

My journey began at 21, when I stepped into branch and area management roles, and has since grown into a portfolio that includes Maeve M Jackson Mortgages and House of Jackson Removals.

I take pride in blending strategic growth with local engagement, always striving to deliver exceptional service and innovation in real estate. I'm also a co-owner of Highburn AFC, a local football team, which reflects my commitment to supporting grassroots initiatives and staying connected to the community.

I'm Keely Watts, Chief Operating Officer, where I lead operations with a focus on excellence, growth, and community impact.

With over a decade of experience in customer-facing and managerial roles, I've built a career rooted in reliability, leadership, and local insight. I began my journey in retail, spending nearly 11 years in this industry, before transitioning into property management with Charles Barnard Estate Agents—a key part of the HOJ Properties group.

Now as COO, I oversee the operational heartbeat of HOJ Properties, driving strategic initiatives across our estate agency and removal branches. My role blends hands-on management with long-term vision, ensuring our teams deliver outstanding service while expanding our reach and impact in the Somerset property market.
